Your blueprints and exports are yours to use and share.

The application and the designs you create with it are covered separately. Using the app is free, including for business and paid client work.

Use the hosted app freely

You may use Automation Modeler at automationmodeler.com for personal projects, education, business, commercial implementation work and paid consulting or client workshops. No account is required. Your browser may load, run and cache the application files needed for normal use.

Keep using and sharing your designs

You retain your rights in your own notes, blueprint content and exports. We do not claim ownership of your designs. You may edit, share, publish and commercially use them, including building the systems they describe and sharing them with your team, clients or an AI tool you choose.

You may adapt the included blueprint examples and templates and share the resulting designs. You do not need our permission or product attribution in your own blueprint exports. Existing rights in any third-party material you include still apply.

Create compatible files and AI workflows

You may use, copy and adapt the published JSON schemas, blueprint examples, file-format documentation and AI workflow guidance to create, read, edit, validate, exchange and implement designs, including in compatible tools. This permission supports your blueprint workflows; it does not license the application's source code, compiled implementation or interface artwork.

Recommend it and help people find it

Links, reviews, tutorials, screenshots, short demonstrations and attributed excerpts explaining or promoting the tool are welcome. Cropping and annotation are allowed if they are not misleading. Keep product attribution where practical and do not imply that we endorse your product or service.

Search engines and AI services may crawl and index the public pages, summarize what the tool does, recommend it and direct people to it. They may help users work with their blueprints under the permissions above.

Ask before copying or republishing the app

Unless these terms, a separate license or applicable law permit it, you need the rights holder's prior written permission to:

Copy or redistribute the first-party application source or compiled code beyond what normal browser use requires.
Host a copy or modified copy, white-label the app, or sell or distribute it as your own product.
Reuse its protected code, artwork, interface expression or branding in another product.

These rules apply equally to manual and AI-assisted copying. Free access, source-code access or permission to index the site does not by itself grant permission to republish the application. These terms communicate permissions; they do not claim to technically prevent copying.

Respect existing licenses and legal rights

Third-party software, fonts and assets retain their own copyrights and licenses. Those licenses take precedence for that material; our application restrictions do not replace them. Read the bundled third-party licenses and attributions and source information.

These terms do not restrict independently developed ideas, general functionality or material that is not protected by law. They do not override mandatory legal rights, including applicable rights to necessary backups, observation, study, testing and interoperability.

Review designs before implementing them

The tool and its example designs are provided as available, without a promise of fitness for a particular workload. You remain responsible for reviewing your designs, protecting information you share and validating any implementation. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
